Structure
We have appointed a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in charge of health and productivity management as part of our health and productivity management promotion structure. Under the Risk Management and Compliance Committee, the Health and Productivity Management Subcommittee, led by the director of the committee, staff plan and promote health measures for the Group.

The Health and Productivity Management Strategy Map is a visualization by corporations engaged in health and productivity management of the problems they face and their initiatives to solve them.
Various Measures
The Health and Productivity Management Subcommittee, which includes occupational health staff, plays a central role in promoting health management through various measures based on the Strategy Map.

The company provides menus with balanced nutrition in the company cafeteria. - Boost the rate of detailed medical checkups:
The company will pay costs for detailed examinations to those employees whose health check results show that they need further detailed examinations etc. - Reduction in ratio of smokers:
The company offers the course in quitting smoking, and provides a subsidy for participants to purchase aids. - Specific health guidance:

The company holds seminars on women's health that are open to both men and women.
Acquired the Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations
We have been recognized as a “2024 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations (Large Enterprise Category)” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for the third year in a row. The certification is given to companies with especially excellent health management practices.
