Industrial Materials Business of Nissha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nissha”) and Nissha Metallizing Solutions, a group company, exhibits at FACHPACK 2024, held in Nuremberg, Germany, from September 24, 2024. FACHPACK is an international exhibition that brings together companies related to packaging, including packaging materials and technologies. Nissha exhibits “ecosense molding,” an environmentally-friendly molded product, and Nissha Metallizing Solutions exhibits “Metallized Paper,” a recyclable packaging material.
We offer two types of sustainable molded products under the brand “ecosense molding”: “Pulp Series” is made mainly from pulp and has the texture of paper. On the other hand, “Biocomposite Series” has functionality and durability equivalent to plastics, while being made mainly from plant-based materials. These products can be used in a wide range of applications, such as containers for powder-form cosmetics, jars for water-based cosmetics like creams and lotions, and packaging for pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, and stationery.
Metallized paper is specialty paper with a metallic layer vacuum deposited on the surface. Our product is a packaging material which does not use petroleum-based plastic film and is recyclable as mono-material (paper). It can be used for a variety of applications, including the food packaging and wrapping with barrier functions such as moisture proof, and luxury-looking metallized paper and board for consumer goods packaging.
