Nissha Co., Ltd. has been certified as White 500 companies in large enterprise category of Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program.

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) encourages companies in Japan to implement “health and productivity management,” in which that companies consider the health management of their employees from a management perspective. As part of this, METI has established the Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program to commend companies that carry out particularly excellent health and productivity management. The top 500 companies in the large enterprise category are certified as "White 500".

We believe that it is necessary to create an environment in which each and every diverse employee is physically and mentally healthy and can work with motivation and enthusiasm. We consider this an important management issue and promote “health and productivity management.” Going forward, we will continue to strengthen this initiative to improve employee engagement with the aim of increasing corporate values.
