We hereby announce that the Stock Purchase Agreement among Nissha Co., Ltd.’s consolidated subsidiary in the Medical Technologies Business Unit, US-headquartered Graphic Controls Group, and the shareholders of Advant Medical Limited, an Irish medical device manufacturer, and Advant Medical Costa Rica Limitada (“Advant Medical Group”), has terminated in accordance with its terms. The acquisition of the Advant Medical Group by Graphic Controls Group, originally announced in November 8, 2019, will therefore not be consummated.

The impact of this matter on the Company’s consolidated results for the current fiscal year is expected to be minor. Going forward, if revisions to business forecasts or the announcement of other matters become necessary, we will make prompt disclosure of the same.
