Nissha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nissha”) announces that the termination of the joint venture with Lens Technologies (Changsha) Company Limited was completed as of January 15th, 2020, by transferring all of our 20 percent equity ownership to Lens International (HK) Limited, as we released “Notice of Termination of Joint Venture and Recording of Extraordinary Loss” on December 2nd, 2019.
