Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. held the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders or 96th Business Term on June 19, 2015 at the headquarters of Nissha. 261 shareholders attended the meeting. After the reports were made, 4 matters were deliberated and all of them were approved and carried as raised in the original proposal. In the Q&A session, 3 shareholders put questions and opinions about the Devices business forecast, the impact of the depreciation of the yen and so on.
After the General Meeting, we held a briefing session of the presentation of management objectives and strategies with attendance of many shareholders. Junya Suzuki, President and CEO of Nissha, explained about the initiative in the Fifth Medium-term Business Plan which has launched in April 2015 and the diversity of Nissha’s management.
New products from each business unit and the hydrogen detectors adopted in the fuel cell vehicle were displayed at the site and the Main hall, a gallery of the company was shown to introduce the history of printing industry and our business.
