The engineers of Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. have been received the "Encouragement Prize for Invention" at the 2014 Kinki Local Commendation.

Local commendations for inventions, sponsored by the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation, are awarded to engineers and researchers who create superior technologies and designs, have a history dating back to 1921. This is the first time Nissha was selected as a recipient.
 

Our Award-Winning Inventions

“Touch Input Function-Equipped Protection Panel for Electronic Device Display Window” (Patent No.US 8,077,264 B2).

The invention provides excellent strength of connection between lead wire and the backside of the touch panel. The disc-shaped head of the lead wire is inserted via the mounting hole into the through-hole of the lower electrode plate of the touch panel. Ultrasonic vibration and pressure are added to solder the surfaces of the through-hole. The core of the lead wire is securely connected to the lower electrode plate.
