Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nissha”) acquired all of the shares in F8 Photo Studio Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “ F8 Photo Studio”) , so that the F8 Photo Studio became Nissha’s wholly owned subsidiary company to aim at the expansion of our Information & Communication’s photo creative business.
Aims of the acquisition
Nissha has cultivated the technique which helps preserve and research valuable cultural properties by using ultra-high digital archiving technology and F8 Photo Studio has abundant results of Commercial photo. By this fusion, we will strive for expansion of the product and service.
